Productive work. First, always keep a simple formula in mind: “6 tasks per day.” You have 5 fingers on your hand. Here, there are 6 tasks to make you stretch yourself a bit. The most effective tasks for advertising should always be the first three. Usually, these are the largest tasks related to launching ads or delegating the ad launch. For example, you need to launch ads for a new course, or for the most profitable course, or a series of 10 campaigns. These are always the top priority.
In second place is optimization. If your campaign limits are set incorrectly, or a campaign is spending too much and you can simply cut out mobile devices to get a better result—this always goes second.
Third place goes to smaller tasks—replying, sending messages, checking email and Telegram, talking to colleagues. If you keep yourself on this kind of “diet,” that’s your productivity.
If you can accomplish your tasks by delegating them, that’s even better than doing them yourself. But you need to invest time into setting up the task correctly: clear instructions and a proper brief, and then checking the result after execution.
Above all this, it comes down to personal preferences. I’m just sharing what works for me.
Sometimes your day feels off. You have no energy. Don’t beat yourself up or push too hard. In those times, just handle small, routine tasks so they don’t pile up on you later.
But in general, stick to the approach from the first part of this note. Give it a try.
